A story of four friends bound together by a dark secret and a terrifying revelation. Four Women is a 5 part comic book drawn and written by Sam Kieth (The Maxx, Zero Girl, Sandman) about strength, the will to survive, and the endurance of friendship.

The main characters, Bev, Donna, Marion and Cindy begin driving to a wedding - but never make it. During the ride, their friendship is tested unlike ever before, as Donna tries to pull her life together after the horror that she has both seen and experienced.
